We are delighted to welcome Young Legends at Fabrique Bilingue for a series of intimate black-and-white portrait pop-ups designed to celebrate childhood in its most honest, authentic and timeless form. Young Legends is a minimal, artistic portrait concept created by Melanie, a local photographer whose warm presence and gentle eye naturally put children at ease. Her work focuses on what truly matters: expression, emotion, and the quiet poetry of childhood.
Melanie brings a rich international journey to this project. Originally from Germany, she lived for several years in the United States and China before settling in France with her family. This multicultural path shaped her sensitivity and the way she observes people. English became the bridge that allowed her to travel, connect and understand each culture in its own rhythm. Now living in France with her two children, she expresses all these experiences through a creative approach that is simple, sincere and profoundly human.
The collaboration between Young Legends and Fabrique Bilingue (Darwin) offers families a meaningful artistic moment in a warm and child-friendly environment. Each pop-up portrait session is short, relaxed and designed to capture portraits that feel iconic, natural and effortlessly elegant. There is no staging—just a pure minimalist aesthetic that lets each child’s personality shine.
