Painting & Wine workshop

Amaryllis is a French artist and graphic design graduate from Paris, now based in Bordeaux, where she leads Painting and Wine workshops for adults. Her path has always been guided by creativity, curiosity, and the desire to bring people together through artistic experiences. Before launching her workshops full-time, she spent three years working for an American university exchange program. There, she designed and facilitated a variety of creative activities for international students, an experience that strengthened her passion for teaching art in a warm and accessible way.

Her workshops are built around a simple idea: offering adults a moment to slow down and reconnect with their creativity. Amaryllis believes that art should feel welcoming, not intimidating, and she strives to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where participants can let go of everyday pressure and simply enjoy the process of making something with their hands. The glass of wine shared during the session often helps set the tone, light, open, and joyful, and contributes to the sense of ease that she considers essential to the creative flow.

Each session is inspired by a contemporary artist, carefully chosen for their expressive style, unique technique, or inspiring story. Amaryllis guides participants step by step to reinterpret the artwork in their own way, always encouraging personal expression over perfection. Her approach is intentionally accessible: no previous experience is expected, and the workshops regularly welcome beginners who have not touched a paintbrush in years. She enjoys seeing participants surprise themselves, gain confidence, and leave with both a painting and a renewed sense of creative energy.

Now fully dedicated to her workshops in Bordeaux and beyond, Amaryllis continues to build spaces where people can explore, create, and share meaningful moments together, far from routine, and close to the joy of making art.
